Welcome to Le Bon Août. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth, thoughtful, and transparent. Please read the following delivery and return terms carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, launches, pop-ups, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched.

Delivery Within Malaysia

We currently ship throughout Malaysia via trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timeline:

  • West Malaysia: 1–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–7 working days

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination.

International Shipping

Selected international destinations are available. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout or borne by the customer upon arrival, depending on the destination country's regulations.

Le Bon Août is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, taxes, or refused shipments.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Le Bon Août shall not be held liable for delays once parcels have been handed over to the courier service.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete.

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery or address corrections.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the parcel and products

  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the matter and assist accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Return Policy

Due to the nature of our curated products, fresh goods, and limited collections, all sales are generally final.

However, returns or exchanges may be considered for:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Defective products

  • Damaged items upon arrival

Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Fresh produce and food items

  • Bakery and perishable goods

  • Personal care, beauty, and wellness products

  • Earrings and intimate items

  • Sale, promotional, markdown, or clearance items

  • Pop-up, trunkshow, made-to-order, or pre-order items unless defective

Exchange Eligibility

Approved exchanges must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Include tags, receipts, and any accompanying accessories

Le Bon Août reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our end, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

Refunds

Where refunds are approved, they will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Le Bon Août.

Pop-Ups & Brand Collaborations

Certain products sold during pop-ups, trunkshows, brand activations, or collaborative events may be fulfilled directly by participating brands or partners.

Return, exchange, and fulfilment timelines for these items may vary depending on the participating brand’s policies. Specific terms, where applicable, will be stated on the product page or during the event period.
