3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Due to the nature of curated retail, artisanal products, fresh produce, handmade goods, trunkshows, and limited-edition collaborations:

Product quantities may be limited;
Colours and appearances may vary slightly;
Certain items may be made-to-order or pre-order;
Availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities purchased per customer.

4. PRICING

All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been placed.

In the event of a pricing error, we may:

Contact you for further instructions; or
Cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. ORDERS

Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability;
Suspected fraudulent activity;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Unusual or excessive order quantities;
Breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. PAYMENT

We accept payment methods made available on the website at checkout.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Le Bon Août does not store full credit card information.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.

Le Bon Août shall not be liable for:

Delayed deliveries;
Lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping information;
Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges for international shipments.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

8. FRESH PRODUCE & PERISHABLE ITEMS

Fresh produce, bakery items, flowers, beverages, and other perishable goods should be consumed promptly and stored appropriately.

Due to the nature of these products:

All sales of perishable goods are final;
Refunds or exchanges are generally not accepted unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.

Customers must inspect orders upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours for any issues relating to perishables.

9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible non-perishable items within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;
Original tags and packaging must be intact;
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Within the brand’s pop-up period

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

Perishable goods;
Earrings and intimate items;
Beauty and skincare products that have been opened;
Sale or discounted items;
Made-to-order or customized products;
Gift cards.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Le Bon Août reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

10. TRUNKSHOWS, POP-UPS & PRE-ORDERS

Selected products may be offered through trunkshows, pop-ups, made-to-order programs, or pre-orders.

Estimated arrival timelines are provided as guidance only and may be subject to production or shipping delays.

For special-order items:

Full or partial payment may be required upfront;
Deposits may be non-refundable;
Cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has commenced.

Le Bon Août may feature independent brands, guest labels, pop-ups, trunkshows, seasonal takeovers, and collaborative retail experiences (“Collaborating Brands”) within our physical and online platforms.

During the Collaborating Brand’s participation period:

Product selections, sizing availability, pricing, packaging, and fulfilment timelines may vary depending on the participating brand;
Certain products may be fulfilled, shipped, produced, or handled directly by the Collaborating Brand;
Availability of products may change throughout the activation period without prior notice.

While Le Bon Août carefully curates all participating brands, Le Bon Août shall not be held liable for:

Delays in production or fulfilment by Collaborating Brands;
Product defects arising from manufacturing processes;
Variations in colour, sizing, craftsmanship, or material;
Allergic reactions or sensitivities to products or ingredients;
Losses resulting from courier disruptions or customs clearance delays related to the Collaborating Brand’s fulfilment process.

For made-to-order, pre-order, or customized products offered during pop-ups or trunkshows:

Orders may require full payment or deposits upfront;
Payments made may be non-refundable once production has commenced;
Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and subject to change.

Le Bon Août reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any pop-up, collaboration, or trunkshow activation at any time without prior notice.

11. EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

Le Bon Août may host events, workshops, launches, tastings, trunkshows, or private experiences.

We reserve the right to:

Amend event details;
Change venues or schedules;
Refuse entry;
Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

Photography and videography may occur during events. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including logos, branding, graphics, photographs, copywriting, layouts, and designs, are the property of Le Bon Août or its respective licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
